Dear Coaches, Athletes and Friends of FCA, On January 16th, the 3rd Annual Playmaker will give the Big Country the opportunity to deepen leadership skills. FCA’s Coaches Ministry strives to “Minister to and through” coaches. Our 3D Coaching Program works to help coaches become “Transformational” instead of “Transactional.” To help coaches move from transactional to transformational the program help coaches understand there are 3 dimensions to everyone – body, mind and spirit. The mind and spirit are the hardest to coach. Playmaker will present outstanding coaches, who have long FCA ties, to share how they work with their athletes in growing each athletes mind and spirit. These are Transformational coaches who will share their wisdom. It is with great pride that FCA has partnered with Playmaker and offer our highest level of encouragement for every coach – whether you work with college, high school, junior high or youth league athletes – to attend this outstanding event.
